Who owns the data OTR Remote collects? 

You do. OTR Performance does not sell or share your fleet data with third parties. Your diagnostic data, fault history, and truck information belong to your company. 

Is my fleet data secure? 

Yes. All data transmitted from OTR Remote devices is encrypted. Data stored in our cloud is protected with industry-standard security measures. 

Can drivers see when they're being monitored? 

OTR Remote monitors the truck's diagnostic systems, not driver behavior. It tracks fault codes, engine parameters, and vehicle health. It does not record audio, video, or cab activity.
