What is the Return Policy?

Any new product purchase can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Returns are free and easy for domestic and international orders.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if I want to process a return after 60 Days?

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return after 60 days. No returns after 90 days.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund on your original payment method.

After the refund is issued, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.

I received a damaged item(s), What do I do?

If a product is damaged upon delivery, contact our customer support team at support@otrperformance.com or by calling 586-799-4375.

Our customer support team will assess the damage and provide a resolution.
