Does OTR Remote integrate with my ELD? 

OTR Remote works alongside your ELD but doesn't replace it. Your ELD handles compliance (HOS, logs). OTR Remote handles diagnostics. Different tools for different jobs. 

Do I need to replace my current telematics? 

No. OTR Remote works alongside your existing ELD or telematics. Most of our customers run both because they solve different problems.
