How hard is the install? 

It plugs into the truck's 9-pin diagnostic port. Takes about 10 minutes per truck. No shop time, no downtime. We include detailed instructions with every device. 

Will installing OTR Remote void my truck's warranty? 

No. OTR Remote is a diagnostic tool that plugs into the standard diagnostic port. It does not modify any truck systems. This is the same port dealers and shops use for diagnostics. 

Can I move the device to a different truck? 

Yes. Contact our support team to reassign a device to a new truck. We'll update your dashboard to reflect the change. 

What if a driver unplugs the device? 

You'll receive an immediate notification that the device was disconnected. You'll also see exactly when and where it happened.
