Do I need a paid subscription plan to use OTR Diagnostics?
OTR Diagnostics can be used without a subscription. However, using OTR Diagnostics without an active subscription will limit its functionality to basic trouble code reading only.
To activate advanced features or commands, you need to update your access through an active subscription plan.
