What happens if the truck goes out of cellular coverage? 

OTR Remote stores data locally on the device when cellular coverage drops. Once the truck returns to a coverage area, all stored data automatically syncs to your dashboard. You won't lose any fault codes, alerts, or diagnostic data during the outage. 

What cellular network does OTR Remote use? 

OTR Remote uses multi-carrier cellular connectivity to ensure the best coverage across the continental US. Cellular service is included in your subscription. 

Does OTR Remote track location when the truck is off? 

OTR Remote only tracks location when the truck ignition is on. When the truck is parked and off, location updates stop. 

Does OTR Remote drain the truck battery? 

No. OTR Remote draws minimal power and has smart sleep features when the truck is parked. It won't drain your batteries even after extended periods of sitting.
